This notice dated 14 February 2018 (20180214_Part11LGAmisc-prov-Act1976) concerns the readoption of the provisions of Part II Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 by Test Valley Borough Council. Part II of the 1976 Act contains provision in relation to the licensing of private hire and hackney carriage vehicles, drivers and operators (taxis and minicabs).
