The consultation period is now OPEN and will run until 23rd January 2026. (Please note: This deadline has been extended to account for the Christmas break).

For an objection to be effective, it must be based on “material planning considerations.” Our experts will identify the most robust technical areas (such as drainage, traffic impact, or local infrastructure) for residents to focus on in their individual letters.
